π² Roll the Dice β the biggest money on the board right now
Sweeps several product categories of real eBay sold history at once, keeps only the products with a genuine margin and genuine demand, then hunts for where each one can be bought today. Add your zip code to include Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace supply, not just eBay. Roll again sweeps different categories every time.
Resale prices are real eBay sold comps from the sold-comps database β never asking prices. Profit subtracts eBay's standard final value fee and the shipping the comps show buyers paying. Max to pay is the price where the flip breaks even; target is what it takes to clear $75 net at 75% ROI β the same bar Local Deals calls a goldmine. Nothing for sale today? Watch for one hands the product and its target price to Deal Radar, which keeps looking on its own and pings you when one turns up β the one thing on this board that survives the next roll. A short board is the guards working, not an empty market: accessories, lots, broken-item comps and anything that hasn't sold in four months are dropped before pricing; a product needs at least five sold comps to appear at all; and supply priced under a quarter of what the product itself sells for is rejected rather than booked as profit, because in practice it's a spare part, an empty box or a broken unit. Nothing here accounts for your drive, your time, or a used item not being what the photo says β verify condition before you buy.

π eBay Scanner β buy underpriced on eBay, resell on eBay
Searches eBay itself for listings priced below what the same thing actually sells for β underpriced Buy It Nows and auctions nobody has bid on. Every result is priced against real eBay sold data, with the delivered cost (item + shipping) as the buy price. Nationwide, no login, nothing to set up.
Every result is priced against real eBay sold data and ranked by profit after fees, right below this box. The buy price is what actually leaves your wallet β item plus shipping.
π Local & online deals β classifieds, free stuff, clearance & liquidation
Everywhere other than eBay: what's being given away near you, local classifieds, what's on clearance nationwide (Slickdeals, DealNews, TechBargains), and what closing businesses are auctioning off. Every price is compared against real eBay sold prices. Only Facebook needs a login.
π· Coupon check β cut the price before you buy
Name a store and this pulls the public promo codes and cashback offers published for it, then works out what the item actually costs with the best one applied. Add the price to see the number.
| # | Deal | Source | You pay | Net profit | Days to cash | Max to pay | Offer them | Track |
|---|
Offer them is the buy side. Every dollar you talk off the asking price is
profit with no eBay fee, no shipping and no wait attached to it β which is why it is worth
more than a dollar added to your sale price. Open at that number, stop at your ceiling, and
use the drafted message: it explains your offer with the real reason (what these sell for,
what fees and shipping take out of it, and how long the money is tied up) rather than just
being a low number. Nothing is sent for you β read it, make it sound like you, then send it.
Days to cash is how long the buy price stays spent: the sold-history
velocity for that product, plus the fixed 8 days it takes to pack, ship and be paid out.
The $/day beneath it is the net profit spread over that wait β sorting by
it puts the flips that recycle your money fastest at the top, which is usually not the
same row as the biggest margin. Products with no dated sold history show a dash rather
than a guess.
Resale prices are real eBay sold comps from the sold-comps database, not asking prices. Profit subtracts eBay's standard final value fee and
any shipping the comps show buyers paying β it does not include your
drive, your time, or the risk that a used local item isn't what the photo says. Verify
condition in person before buying. Craigslist filters by distance on its own end and
doesn't publish a per-post distance, so those rows show a dash rather than a guess.
π Auction Sniper β live auctions priced below sold comps
AI cross-references live auctions ending soon against recent sold prices for the same keyword β surfacing high-demand items priced well below where they typically sell. Add a Seller username to analyze one seller's own listings instead of the open market.
π§ Today's picks β straight from your Marketplace
What Facebook is showing your account near you right now. Not a search β this is local supply you'd never have thought to look for.
Best return first β highest ROI at the top; anything with no eBay sold history sits at the end.

πΈ Find the Money Stuck in Your Listings
Pulls your live eBay listings, prices each one against real sold comps, and finds the ones the market has drifted out from under. Every suggested price is checked against your break-even β nothing is ever recommended below cost, and nothing reaches eBay until you confirm it.
Scanning reads your active eBay listings, prices each against real sold comps, and reports the capital sitting still, the listings the market has drifted past, and the ones quietly priced too low.
Read-only. Nothing is sent to eBay until you confirm each price.
Market prices are estimates from sold comparables, not guarantees. Break-even uses the cost basis you record here plus the fee assumptions in the profit model β eBay publishes no per-account fee API. Storage costs, your time, and returns are not modelled.
Apply these prices to your live eBay listings?
This changes what buyers see right now. It cannot be undone in one click β you would have to reprice back.
π· Price Position
Listed behind cheaper copies of itself
$0
your live listings appear here once eBay is connected
Worked through in the order the money says
Most money sitting behind the front of its shelf, first
Every other pricing screen here reads what buyers have paid. This one reads what they are looking at: for each of your live listings it pulls the listings competing with it right now, ranks you among them on delivered price β item plus shipping, the way a buyer compares β and says whether the thing standing between you and a sale is your price, your supplier, or the fact that nobody is finding the listing at all.
Read-only. Nothing on this screen changes a live listing β every price here is a number to consider, not one that has been applied.
π Turn Watchers Into Buyers
Finds every live listing someone is watching, then sizes a private discount for those watchers β deep enough to close, never below your break-even plus the profit you want to keep. Your public price never moves, and if nobody accepts, it costs you nothing. Nothing reaches eBay until you confirm it.
Scanning reads your live listings, counts who is watching each one, and works out the discount that converts a watcher without eating the profit β checked against what you paid.
Read-only. No offer is sent until you confirm it.
eBay decides which listings can carry an offer and how long each one lasts (about 48 hours). Offers go to the people watching a listing, so watcher counts come from eBay and change by the hour. Break-even uses the cost basis recorded in Inventory Health plus the fee assumptions in the profit model β eBay publishes no per-account fee API.
Send these offers to your watchers?
Each watcher gets a private discount that expires in about 48 hours. Your public listing price does not change, and an offer cannot be recalled once sent.
π Turn Dead Stock Back Into Cash
Finds the listings your money has been sitting in for months, then writes each one an escape plan: a dated ladder of price drops that stops dead on your break-even, and bundles that pair a slow mover with something that already sells. Trapped capital can't buy your next flip β this is about getting it back. Nothing reaches eBay until you confirm it.
Scanning finds every listing that has stopped moving, works out what it's really holding, and writes a dated markdown plan that never goes under your break-even β plus bundles that clear a slow mover by attaching it to one that sells.
Read-only. No price changes until you confirm them.
Only the drop due today is ever sent to eBay β the later steps stay here as your plan, because this app isn't running while it's closed and won't promise a price change it can't make. Bundles are suggestions to list by hand; nothing is published for you. Break-even uses the cost basis recorded in Inventory Health plus your fee assumptions, and no step of any ladder goes under it.
Drop these prices on eBay?
This is step one of each plan. Your listings' public prices change immediately, and every price has been re-checked against your break-even on the server.
π΅ Put Every Dollar Where It Makes The Most
You have a number in your pocket. The board tells you which deal is best; it can't tell you which set of deals your money should buy β and that is a different answer, because the fattest deal usually eats the whole budget and blocks two smaller ones that together make more. This solves it exactly, and shows you what that's worth against just buying down the list until the cash runs out.
Type what you have, and this works out the exact basket of deals that ends with the most profit β then shows you what that beats, how long each dollar is tied up, and what the next slice of cash would buy. It uses the deals from your last local scan plus anything you've tracked at Sourced.
Read-only. Nothing is bought, offered or sent anywhere.
Every profit figure here is the one the deal already carried on the board it came from β the same sold comps, the same fee profile, the same days-to-cash. This screen re-prices nothing; it only decides which of them your money buys. Prices are the asking prices, so anything you talk off the buy side is profit on top of what the basket promises. Tracked deals carry the forecast frozen when you tracked them, which is a weaker claim than a scan run five minutes ago β each pick says which it is. A deal with no measured selling speed is never counted as fast money, and a basket containing one never claims a date by which all your cash is back.
π£ The Ad Rate That Keeps The Most Money
Promoted Listings is charged on the whole sale, shipping included, every time eBay attributes a sale to the ad β including sales you were already getting. eBay's suggested rate comes from what your competitors pay; it has never seen what you paid for the item. This checks every rate against your margin and shows the tradeoff behind the answer.
This reads your live listings, works out what each one actually nets, and finds the ad rate that leaves the most money after eBay's cut β plus the rate above which the ad fee is bigger than the profit on the sale.
Read-only. Nothing here changes a campaign on eBay.
eBay publishes no API for a listing's live ad rate or for its trending category rate, so the rate you run today is taken from Fees & Costs (or the box above), and category norms are published typical rates you can overrule. Expected lift is a model and is labelled as one β the break-even lift beside it is straight arithmetic and holds whatever the model thinks. Ad rates are set in eBay Seller Hub β Marketing; this app never changes a campaign.
π€ Fix The Whole Account At Once
Every action below shows you the full list of changes first and applies nothing until you say so. Listing rewrites are saved as eBay drafts you publish yourself β an SEO rewrite is a judgement call, and the judgement stays yours.
π¦ Tidy every shipping & business policy
βPolicies pile up as βshipβ, βShip 2β, βFREE SHIP!!β, βcopy of ship 2β. The dropdown is alphabetical, so near-duplicates scatter and the wrong one gets picked at listing time. This gives them one predictable shape so the related ones sort together.
ποΈ Put every listing in a category that earns views
βeBay's category tree belongs to eBay β it cannot be renamed or reordered by a seller. What you control is which category each listing sits in, and that is what this checks: missing categories, and catch-all βOtherβ categories that carry no buyer filters so the listing misses every refined search.
β¨ Rewrite whole listings for search
βEvery part of the listing a buyer searches on, rewritten by Claude in one pass: the title (eBay's 80 characters used properly, no L@@K filler nobody searches for), the subtitle, the whole description, and the item specifics β including the ones left empty, which is where most of the missing views are. Your photos are not touched, and neither is your price, quantity, shipping or policies. Results are saved as drafts for you to publish. Pick your listings below.
Scanning is read-only and costs nothing. It reads your live policies and listings straight from eBay, so what you see is the account as it stands right now.
πΊ Live Feed β price what's on screen
Reads the show's own page β the same one your browser loads β and puts the lot's name in the box below, then prices it. It reads the public page, once per press, with no account behind it; Whatnot's private API would answer the same question and is deliberately not called. What that costs is the price: a page is a snapshot at load, so the bid stays under your hand. Every read says where it got each field.
Priced against the same eBay sold comps and sell-through the Opportunity Finder uses β no live eBay call, so it answers in about a second. Once it's priced, the comps are held: moving the bid, the step, the condition, the shipping, the fee, the sales tax or the target re-answers instantly, against that same sold history. Changing the item reads eBay again.
π Up next β price the show's lot list before the hammer
Lot numbers and asking prices are stripped off the line β the price becomes where the bidding starts, not what the lot is worth. Lots are priced one at a time so the first answer arrives in about a second rather than the last one arriving in twelve, and the list re-orders itself only once they are all in, by what each lot is worth at its own ceiling. Click a row when it reaches the block and its card opens instantly, off comps already in hand.
π§Ύ Tonight's buys β nothing won yet
Press π¨ Won it on a card the moment the hammer falls and the lot lands here, costed at the bid you actually paid β bid, buyer's premium and shipping all in β against the same eBay sold comps the ceiling came from. The over the ceiling figure is the one worth reading tomorrow: it is measured against the maximum this app gave you before the bidding, which is the only moment that number is still honest. Clear it when the show ends.
πͺ The room β nothing watched yet
When a lot goes to somebody else, put what it went for in the bid box and press π¨ Went for. After three rated lots the card's Room strip says what this show clears at as a share of the ceilings this app gave β and where the lot on screen is likely to land. A room clearing well under your ceilings is a room worth sitting through; a room clearing above them is two hours of correct arithmetic and nothing bought. Lots won here are counted too, on equal terms: a rate built only from the ones you lost would report every room as hotter than it is.
Loads a live-selling feed inside the app, and asks the site first whether it allows being embedded β the answer appears above the frame, because a refused embed renders as a blank rectangle and tells the page nothing. A refusal is remembered, so the next visit to that site explains itself instantly instead of loading a frame that was never going to render; it is still re-asked in the background, and Try it anyway overrules the memory. Open in browser is the way into a site that refuses. The app cannot read what is inside the frame either (a browser refuses cross-origin) β which is what π‘ Read the show at the top of this screen is for: it fetches the show's page through the app instead, where no such rule applies.
π¦ What It Really Costs To Ship
Every profit number in this app used to be built on one flat shipping figure β the same cost for a phone case and a 40 lb miner. This prices the actual box: real weight or an estimate from the title, dimensional weight, every carrier service that will legally carry it, and what it costs to each part of the country from your ZIP. Then it answers the question sellers get wrong most often β free shipping, flat, or calculated.
Type what the item is β a title is enough. The box gets estimated, every carrier service gets priced across the whole country from your ZIP, and you get the label to buy plus what free shipping would really cost you. Weigh it to make the numbers exact.
Read-only. No labels are bought and no listing changes.
This prices a real label for every live listing and compares it with the flat figure your profit numbers have been using. What comes back is the gap, per sale, biggest first β plus the listings where a different box, not a different price, is the fix.
Read-only, and no comp lookups β this scan has nothing to ration.
Rates are calibrated estimates of eBay/commercial label pricing, not live carrier quotes β expect them within about a dollar. A live rate API needs per-carrier credentials you don't have and would fail exactly when this is most useful, standing in a shop deciding whether to buy something. Packages are estimated from the title unless you enter a weight, and every estimate says so on the row it drives. Zones are worked out from your ZIP against a population-weighted map of where US buyers are, which is why you get an expected cost rather than one zone's price. Nothing here buys a label or edits a listing.
Make them an offer
The tradeoff
π‘ The deals that find you
Save a search β what, where, and how far β plus the smallest profit worth driving for. The radar re-runs it on its own, prices every result against the same eBay sold comps the boards use, and tells your desktop the moment something clears your bar. It reads the sites the way a person does: one search at a time, a few times a day.
Quiet hours silence the ping, never the scan β the whole point is that it keeps working overnight. Anything found while you're asleep is in the feed at breakfast.
New watch
What to look for
Where
What's worth waking you for
How often
Only deals backed by solid sold comps is worth leaving on. With it off you'll also hear about deals priced from thin or unmatched sold history β the board dims those figures and explains why, and a notification has no room for the explanation.
What it found
Deals
A watch is one saved search plus the smallest profit worth your time. The radar re-runs it every few hours, prices what it finds against real eBay sold history, and only interrupts you for the ones that clear your bar.
Read-only. Nothing here buys, bids, lists or messages anyone.
Every figure on an alert is the figure the local board published at the moment it was found β frozen, because a classified is deleted the hour it sells and an alert that re-read its listing would blank itself exactly when you want to know what you missed. Prices and stock change; check the listing before you drive. The radar reads each site once per scan, one scan at a time, and never signs into anything on a schedule: Facebook is only read when you've already connected it. Nothing is alerted on twice.
π Buy Now β Prices Climbing
The sold-comps database records a price and a date on every sale. This reads it as a time series: which products sold for more than they did a window ago, and sold more often. Getting ahead of a price move is the cheapest margin a sourcer ever gets β you pay last month's price and sell at next month's.
Market pulse
How every product this scan measured actually moved
This sweeps categories of real eBay sold history, measures each product's price and sale velocity against the window before it, and ranks what's climbing β with the most you can pay today and what the climb is worth per unit if it holds.
Read-only. Nothing here lists, buys or changes a price.
A trend is a measurement of the past, not a promise about the future. Max to pay is computed from today's sold price and today's fees β the climb never makes a buy affordable, it is only ever upside on one that already works. If the climb holds projects one window forward, never compounded and never above the highest price anyone actually paid recently. Velocity is measured against the whole scan, so a busier comps database doesn't read as rising demand. Nothing here accounts for seasonality β a product that climbs every November will show as climbing every November.
β»οΈ Recover Lost Sales
Every listing that ended without selling is an item you already bought, already photographed and are already paying to store. eBay's Relist button puts the price that failed straight back up. This works out why each one didn't sell, what to put it back at, and β on ended auctions β which bidders lost and can still be sold to at the price they already bid. Nothing reaches eBay until you confirm it.
Reads the listings that ended without selling, prices each one against real sold comps, works out what actually stopped it, and finds the bidders who lost your ended auctions and can still be sold to.
Read-only. Nothing is relisted and no offer is sent until you confirm it.
eBay's unsold list reaches back 60 days and no further. Relisting carries whatever insertion fee your store allowance leaves β the fee eBay charges is reported on each row after the relist. A Second Chance Offer can only be priced at or below what the bidder already bid, so that price is theirs, not a suggestion. Break-even uses the cost basis recorded in Inventory Health plus the fee assumptions in the profit model β eBay publishes no per-account fee API.
Put these back on eBay?
Each one becomes a new live listing with a new item number, carrying over its photos, description and item specifics. eBay charges its usual insertion fee where your allowance is used up.
Send these Second Chance Offers?
Each bidder gets a private Buy It Now at the price they already bid. eBay charges its final value fee if one is taken, and an offer can't be recalled once sent.
πΈ Snap & Source
No price yet? Leave it blank β you get the most to pay instead of a verdict on a number nobody has said.
Paste the listing link or take a photo, add what they're asking, and get one word back: BUY or PASS β with the resale price, what's left after eBay's fees and shipping, and the most you can pay and still make money. Same sold comps and the same fee profile the rest of the app uses, so it can't disagree with your own boards.
Read-only. Nothing here buys, bids, lists or messages anyone.
The verdict is about the money, not the item. It costs the flip with your own fee profile and the shipping the matched comps actually charged, and it grades itself on how many sold comps priced it β a green badge needs real sold history behind it, and a row priced off one loose sale says so instead of shouting. Nothing here can see a cracked screen, a missing charger or a counterfeit, so a photo verdict is a price on what the app thinks it is: read the name before you trust the number.
π§ Where to Sell Highest
eBay takes its final value fee, the per-order fee and the shipping label out of every sale. A local cash sale takes none of it. So the venue with the highest price and the venue that hands you the most money are often not the same one. This prices the item on eBay from sold history, prices it nearby from live listings, costs each one with your own fee profile, and tells you where the money actually is.
Type an item and a zip code. This prices it on eBay from real sold comps, prices it nearby from what people are actually listing it for, subtracts each venue's own fees and shipping, and ranks them by what lands in your pocket β plus the price every other venue has to fetch to beat eBay.
Read-only. Nothing here lists, posts or sells anything.
eBay's figure is what buyers paid. Everywhere else, the figure comes from what sellers near you are asking right now β no site outside eBay publishes sold prices β so those asks are marked down 10% before they are allowed to compete, and a venue with fewer than three matching listings is shown but never crowned. Off-eBay fee rates are published standard rates, not your account's, and Mercari is never given a price estimate at all: only the price it would have to fetch to match eBay, which is fee arithmetic. A local sale trades a measured wait for an unmeasured one β the money arrives at handoff, but nothing here can say how long it takes to find a local buyer.
π― Buy It Under Market β On eBay Itself
The shortest flip there is: buy it at auction, relist it at market, same marketplace, days apart. This prices live eBay auctions and Buy It Nows against the real sold comps for the same item and gives you the only number a bidder needs β the most to bid, and what winning at that price actually pays after fees. Leave the box empty and it hunts the products you have already sold.
This finds it: live auctions and Buy It Nows priced under the sold-comp median for the same item, each one carrying the highest bid that still leaves a profit worth having β after eBay's fees, shipping and your own cost assumptions.
Read-only. The app never places a bid β the max bid is a number you type into eBay yourself.
π¦ Should You Buy This Pallet?
Paste the manifest β a spreadsheet export, a lot description, anything β and say what the lot costs. Every line gets priced against real eBay sold comps, every unit gets charged its own fees and shipping, and you get the number that actually decides it: net profit, and the most you can pay. A manifest's "retail value" column is never used as a value here β only as a check on whether the match makes sense.
β¦or drop a photo or CSV of the manifest
or click to browse Β· JPG, PNG, CSV, TXT
CSV and text files are read as columns β free, and it can't invent a line. Photos are read with AI.
A pallet is one decision worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, usually made on a "retail value" number that means nothing. Paste the manifest and the ask, and get the real one: what it resells for, what the fees and shipping take, and the highest price at which it's still a buy.
Read-only. Nothing is listed, bought or sent anywhere.
Resale prices come from real sold comps in the sold-comps database and use the quick-sale figure, because a lot gets liquidated, not held out for the top price. Fees use the same profit model as the rest of the app β eBay publishes no per-account fee API. Recovery rates by grade are industry starting points shown above and editable; your own experience of a supplier beats them. Not modelled: your time, storage, or the units that arrive different from the manifest.

OffDraws a product photo when you have none of your own β a local Stable Diffusion server on this PC, or OpenAI DALLΒ·E. Listings work perfectly with your own photos; leave this off and nothing else changes.
Need a local AI image server? Download Stability Matrix (easiest setup) β
Facebook Marketplace Optional
Not connectedFacebook has no Marketplace search API, so this logs into your own Facebook account once in a real browser window and saves that session locally to search local listings by zip code and radius. Your Facebook password is never seen or stored by this app, and nothing is ever searched or posted without you clicking.
Not connecting Facebook doesn't switch local sourcing off: Craigslist searches with no login at all and needs nothing set up here. Connect Facebook to search both at once.
Fees & costs
Used everywhereEvery "net profit" and "break-even" the app shows is computed from these. Leaving shipping, packaging and handling at zero is what makes a listing look more profitable than it is β put your real numbers in once and every screen tells you the truth.
What eBay and the processor take
What each order costs you
The three most commonly left at zero, and the three that decide whether a $12 flip was worth doing.
What you hold back
Spread across every sale, so the ones that come back or turn out to be dead are already paid for.
Your floor β the lowest offer you'll accept
Break-even stops you selling at a loss. This stops you selling for nothing. Whichever of the two is higher becomes the minimum offer shown on every listing, the floor the repricer won't cut through, and the limit on offers sent to watchers.
Listing defaults
Per listing, editableThese values are pre-filled into every new listing. You can still change them per-listing in the modal.
Where it ships from
The box it goes in
A blank weight makes eBay's calculated shipping quote nothing at all. These are only the starting point β the listing form estimates the real ones from what the item is.
How it sells
This computer
